Overview

Apex provides mobile services to companies. Anytime you interact with these services we may store your data. This typically includes:

Data that is automatically collected when you interact with one of our services:

• Mobile phone number
  In most cases this is automatically provided to us by the mobile network or communication platform (e.g. WhatsApp/Facebook) that facilitated the connection between you and the service
• Date and time of each interaction you had with the service
  We automatically log the date and time of each message you send.

Data that is stored only when you intentionally send it to us may include

• Text messages
• Images
• Videos
• Audio

Data subprocessors

Our communication and application services rely on the integration with operational data subprocessors. For example mobile network operators, cloud service providers, and communication platforms like WhatsApp.

We do not sell or share personal data with any organisation beyond where it is necessary for our services to operate and communicate with end users.

• Request a copy of data stored about you
• Request your data to be deleted
