Clients CSI investments focussed around increasing the financial literacy of consumers via a gamified USSD campaign post attending Financial Literacy workshops, which would enable the client far clearer measure and evaluation of their CSI investment.

Through the application of a gamified approach, the campaign gave all learners the ability to partake in incentivised learning with instant and daily prizes for participation and performance.



  1. Shift CSI investments from above the line solutions (radio) to mobile (USSD) in an attempt to improve the measurability of a financial literacy solution.
